I am also a qualified teacher and English teacher. I speak English at C2/CPE level. I also hold a master’s degree in journalism and have extensive experience working with people.
How can I help?
Every day, I support children, adolescents and adults in coping with life crises, traumatic experiences, emotional difficulties and stress. As a school psychologist, I work with children and teenagers every day, which means I understand the problems young people face in the contemporary world. I have been working in private practice for several years, integrating my experience from different professional sectors.
I support people dealing, among other things, with anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, school problems, developmental crises, and the effects of violence and traumatic experiences.
How I work
In my work, I combine knowledge of clinical psychology, psychotraumatology and crisis intervention with mindfulness, creating a safe space for restoring psychological balance, strengthening resilience and supporting healthy emotional development.
