We are a group of people brought together at a certain point in our lives by a shared passion for psychological sciences, developing professional competencies and accompanying others through the process of growth.
Each of us has completed higher-education studies in psychology, and some of us are training or educated in psychotherapy. Our choices include studies and courses recognised by the National Health Fund and psychological and psychotherapeutic associations, and our work follows professional ethics.
Our professional experience includes work in different sectors: mental health clinics, educational institutions, social care, higher-education institutions and the private sector.
We take professional experience seriously. For this reason, we continue to develop our qualifications through certified training and undergo regular, ongoing supervision.
We care about professional help, value the work we do, and respect the trust and commitment of our patients.
In our work, we place particular value on the therapeutic relationship. We believe that no tool can replace attentive presence, empathy and authentic contact with another person — it is within this relationship that deep and lasting change becomes possible. That is why each of us has completed or is undergoing personal therapeutic work.

What does our name mean?
A person develops throughout life.
The name is an invitation to look at your own path — without rushing and without one ready-made answer.
A person develops throughout life. At first, physical development is the most visible, while emotional and psychological development takes shape alongside it. Over the years, our inner life becomes richer — gaining new colours, shades and depth, while experiences, relationships and reflection shape who we are and how we function in the world.
At different stages of life, changes — more or less conscious — take place and are accompanied by emotions. As they develop, all people encounter emotionally difficult challenges. These may include crises that exhaust inner resources and make everyday functioning harder, anxieties that limit decision-making, sadness or a lack of energy, relationship problems, chronic stress — and many other situations that move us away from who we are and how we want to live.
“W stronę rozwoju – terapia & wsparcie” expresses the awareness that every person has the potential to change, learn and grow personally. Our aim is to support this process — to help people understand their emotions, discover inner resources, work through unconscious conflicts and create opportunities for a fuller, more conscious and satisfying life.
“W stronę rozwoju – terapia & wsparcie” also refers to our group of specialists. Each of us develops professionally along our own independent path. We support one another in our choices and offer patients and clients a diversity of approaches and ways of understanding.
