About me
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist undergoing comprehensive psychotherapy training provided by the Department of Psychotherapy at Jagiellonian University Medical College, in cooperation with the “Psychomed” Foundation named after Professor Jerzy Aleksandrowicz.
Previously, I completed my studies at AGH University of Kraków, earning a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering. This experience gives me a unique analytical perspective that supports my therapeutic work.
How I work
I also completed the Study of Solution-Focused Therapy and Approach, through which I gained practical methods based on the patient’s resources, strengths and potential.
In my therapeutic work, I integrate psychological knowledge with experience of working with people and attentiveness to each person’s individuality, supporting patients through change and the development of their own resources. Through my work in two psychological and psychotherapeutic clinics funded by the National Health Fund (NFZ), with children and adolescents as well as adults, I have gained a broader perspective on the stages of life and the difficulties of the patients I work with. This experience also supports my work in private practice.
How can I help?
Adolescent crisis, emotional difficulties, low mood, difficulties in relationships, crises, depression, anxiety disorders.
